Gourmet mushrooms, ready when you are!

Picked at peak ripeness and dehydrated immediately, we use only the most tender parts of the mushroom. These dried mushrooms rehydrate within minutes and can be used at a moments notice.

One set back with fresh gourmet mushrooms is their shelf life, while some can last in the fridge for easily a week (lions mane), others need to be used within a couple days before they start to break down- in comes dehydrated mushrooms to save the day!
